When I met with Lynsi and Jeremy a couple months ago I knew right off the bat that they were going to be a fun couple to work with. Our original plan was to do their engagement pictures at Children’s Harbor on Lake Martin but it just so happened that there was a wedding taking place the same day we had planned to take pictures.  Once we found out we couldn’t go to Children’s Harbor, Lynsi asked if I knew of any flower fields. I was absolutely clueless but I knew exactly who to call…Lisa Thorne of Thorne and Thistle. (check her stuff out. She is amazing) She said “there is a poppy field in Loachapoka.” and well, the rest is history. Needless to say, I am so so so glad we had a change of venue.

I met Lynsi and Jeremy on campus Saturday afternoon for just a few shots in front of Samford Hall and shortly after we were headed down the road for a sunset session in Loachapoka, AL.

Lynsi and Jeremy…this session was so much fun and I hope that you fall in love with these pictures just like I have. ~JW
